My daughter and the girls that she works with have started a new trend in our little part of the world. The trend is Hip Hop Jewelry, I do not know a lot about the bling bling that they have been getting for their fashion accessories, but I know that her birthday is coming up soon and I want to get her gifts that she will like and wear. It seems that everyone in the world has a face book account, except me that is. I have resisted the temptations to sign up for this social network. I have decided to make the plunge this weekend with the help of my wife I will be joining all of the people on Face book and I really can not wait for the fun to begin.

I hope to find some old friends on there and to make some new friends and to play some of the fun games I have been hearing about from my friends and family that have already joined face book.

My dads birthday is in September and I have been looking for the perfect watch for him for his 70th birthday this year. The last few nights the low at night has fallen into the 50’s, I’m not sure that it is s still summer outside. This time of year the nights start to get a bit cooler but not in the 50’s. The next couple of days the high out is not going to make it to 80 and that is fine with me. I work outside and every nice day that we can have is a plus as far as I am concerned. The bane of my existence is hot and humid weather. I will be happy when summer is over and I can not wait for the leaves to change and cool football weather to get here.

We love Christmas music in our house and we always like to get an early start on the playing of Christmas music. One of the best things in this world is getting free Christmas music and I have found a great web site that has very nice Christmas Rock Downloads to get all the Christmas music you will need for the season. Car Angel has a lot of free Christmas Music Downloads and I want to take advantage of this for us and for other members of our family, who also love Christmas Music.

The Northern Light Orchestra is a great project that brings together rock and roll and Christmas music, as far as I am concerned this is a great combo. I know that I will enjoy this great music project and I am going to recommend it to all of my family this Christmas season. This will become a new Christmas tradition at least it will be a new tradition in our home and I think if you give it a chance it will fill your home this holiday season too. Just thinking about Christmas music is making me a little happier, even if it is 90 degrees outside and not a sign of the holidays anywhere around.
